Welcome to Résidence du Soleil & Spa, a holiday residence ideally located just a few minutes' walk from the historic center of Collioure, its beaches, harbor, and local shops. Our fully equipped apartments can accommodate up to 8 guests and are designed to provide all the comfort you need for a stay as a couple, with family, or with friends. You will enjoy a peaceful, landscaped setting, a fully equipped kitchen, complimentary Wi-Fi, and free private parking with shaded and illuminated spaces. To enhance your stay, a wellness & spa area is available at an additional charge. However, beds are not made prior to arrival. A "beds made on arrival" service is available for €12 per bed. Cleaning products required for maintaining the apartment during your stay are provided free of charge. For hygiene, food safety, and sanitary reasons, no food items (such as oil, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, etc.) are left in the apartments between stays. Check-in Information Check-in is available between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM. To ensure the best possible welcome, we kindly ask you to inform us of your estimated arrival time as early as possible. Any arrival outside these hours requires special arrangements by our team and must be communicated in advance. Les Résidences du Soleil & Spa is a holiday residence comprised of independent apartments, not a hotel. To maintain attractive rates throughout the year, end-of-stay cleaning is not included in the booking price. Cleaning products necessary for maintaining the apartment are provided free of charge during your stay. We kindly ask you to leave your apartment in a reasonably clean condition upon departure, including: • Dishes washed and put away • Refrigerator emptied • Trash emptied • Floors swept, vacuumed, and cleaned • Kitchen and bathrooms cleaned For added convenience, you can also opt for our end-of-stay cleaning service: • Apartment for 2 people: €50 • Apartment for 2 to 4 people: €80 • Apartment for more than 4 people: €120 Bed linen and towels are included in all our rentals. The beds are not made up upon your arrival. If you would like to arrive to a ready-to-use apartment, we offer a "beds made upon arrival" option for €12 per bed. The cleaning and bed-made options must be booked before your arrival, or at the latest 24 hours before your departure for the cleaning option. This kit includes a roll of toilet paper and some basic cleaning products to get your stay off to a good start. As in most holiday residences and seasonal rentals, these items are provided only for your arrival and are not replenished during your stay. Furthermore, for reasons of hygiene, food safety, and in accordance with good health practices, we do not store any food between stays. Therefore, salt, pepper, oil, coffee, sugar, or any other food items are not provided in the accommodations. Thank you for your understanding, and we encourage you to bring your own supplies for your stay.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
